Intellectual property (IP) is a key driving force for global economic development. The rapid development of digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, has brought opportunities and challenges to IP management. How to accelerate the construction of an intellectual property rights power to provide strong support for high-quality economic development, and fully leverage the role of IP in promoting technological innovation, as well as how to strengthen IP operation and financing to promote the transformation of high-tech achievements and the development of emerging technology industries, are important topics of common concern in various sectors of society.
