The ESRC-GCRF funded Inclusive Digital Model (ID Model) project, led by Professor Xiaolan Fu and Professor Pervez Ghauri (University of Birmingham), is pleased to share that we have completed the development of the Haate Haat App. Haate Haat, which is a Bengali term meaning ‘Hand-To-Hand’ is available on Google Play Store and can be found by searching for  হাতে হাত in Bengali or here.

The APP is developed by the project team in collaboration with SBK foundation.We have commenced the roll out of the App in the field for experiment and the training of treated households are in progress.

The ID Model project seeks to understand, develop and empirically test digital technology-based business models which can facilitate economic activities for excluded or vulnerable demographic groups in developing countries.
