“The Oxford Handbook of China Innovation” edited by Prof. Xiaolan Fu launched online
A new book - “The Oxford Handbook of China Innovation”, edited by TMCD Director Professor Xiaolan Fu, Professor Bruce McKern (University of Technology Sydney, CEIBS and Stanford University), and Professor Jin Chen (Tsinghua University), was launched online at the 19th International Schumpeterian Society (ISS) annual conference. At the book launch, three editors introduced the objectives and main findings of the handbook. In addition, Prof. Fu suggested policy implications and future research in terms of China’s innovation. This handbook offers a comprehensive analysis of China’s development and includes contributions from more than sixty experts worldwide. It provides an in-depth and broad understanding of China’s path to innovation leadership. It focuses on innovation as the core of China's industrial capabilities and utilizes viewpoints of international scholars as well as Chinese academics and senior advisors to policymakers.
