Congratulations to Professor Xiaolan Fu, Director of the Technology and Management Centre (TMCD) at the University of Oxford who has just been reappointed to the council of the United Nations Technology Bank for Least Developed Countries. The UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres commended her for her guidance, oversight and successful operationalisation and work at the UN Technology Bank in the past three years. Prof Fu’s work at the UN Technology Bank shall continue to support science, technology and innovation in the world’s poorest countries.
