Mr Ludovic Arnaud, a PhD candidate at the Oxford Department of International Development (ODID) and the Technology and Management Centre for Development (TMCD), co-supervised by Prof. Xiaolan Fu and Professor Diego Sánchez-Ancochea, has recently published a single-authored paper in the journal New Political Economy.
