Outward Direct Investment from China Project
Background
For more than two decades, China has been the largest recipient of foreign direct investments (FDIs) among developing countries for more than two decades and the second largest worldwide after the United States since 2008. Currently, China is also becoming an an important outbound investor of outward FDI (OFDI). This research theme looks at the processes and impact of OFDI from China with a focus on developing countries.
