Jacob is a 1st-year graduate student in the MPhil in Development Studies programme. He is a former international project manager with experience leading teams in Russia, the USA, Germany, Poland, the UK and China. He holds a first class bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University Of Manchester. At Oxford, he studies technological adaptation in global renewable energy value chains. He was named a St. Gallen Leader Of Tomorrow in 2019.
